We don’t see our policies as restrictions, but they are a necessity of our profession and the professional regulations we promise to uphold. The highest standards of care are necessary for each of our clients, and we provide you with excellent care and the best service we can possibly provide. When you schedule an appointment, you are agreeing to our policies, including the terms of our cancellation policy.
Scheduling an appointment means you are committed to following through with the time we have scheduled exclusively for you. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice. Because providing our professional Medical and aesthetic services require a great deal of preparation, supplies, and scheduled time. If you provide us with less than a 24-hour notice, or no-call/no-show for your appointment, you are subject to a $25 fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your service. Please silence cell phones at the time of arrival. Children under 12 years of age may NOT be left in the waiting area.
Your initial appointment at Purple Lily requires several layers of paperwork, including a Medical History Form, Consent Forms, HIPPA Form, Pre & Post care Instructions. Please take the time to carefully read and review each form. We ask that if it is your first visit with us, you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early to complete necessary forms.
For your convenience, we accept a range of payment types including Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, & Care Credit Financing. Patients are required to pay the full fee at the time services are rendered unless prepayment for a series has been made. Some services do require a pre-payment or a deposit at the time of booking. We do not accept insurance.
All clients and patients must be at least 18 years of age or older. Teenage patients undergoing skin treatments will be done at the aesthetician’s and parent’s discretion. Please notify us right away if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, as we may need to reschedule your treatment for safety. Please inform staff at the time of scheduling if you have a history of fever blisters. We may issue you a prophylactic medication to prevent a flare up of symptoms post treatment. We advise our clients about the treatments that are best suited for each patient’s individual needs. To maximize benefits, our medical providers and staff will recommend products and services that are appropriate for your individual needs. Your patient records and service details are completely confidential. We will not share your contact information or email with any other vendors or parties.
Some aesthetic services are recommended as a series for full benefit, and are offered as a series at a reduced cost. All series are non-refundable, unless there is a medical reason you cannot complete treatment. If you do not complete treatment for any non-medical reason, we will charge the regular, non-discounted price for each completed treatment and credit your account with the unused balance. You may use this credit balance for any aesthetic service or product. If a series/package/special includes a product, and the treatment is not completed, then the retail cost of the product will be deducted from any refund due.
All service series, prepaid treatments, and gift certificates expire ONE YEAR from the date they are purchased, unless specified otherwise. Monthly specials & birthday offers are valid for the month in which they are advertised. Gift certificates can be purchased for any denomination. They may be redeemed for services or products. Gift certificates become inactive 12 months from the date of purchase, unless prohibited by law. No refunds will be given.
All sales and services are final, and there are no refunds for service treatments that have been performed.
Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that policies, services and pricing may change without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, the greater value discount will be given at the time of purchase. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse to provide a service for any reason.
